3 DAY FAST – ACV CLA COLLAGEN RESULTS
My regime: When I saw Orlando Bloom talking about ACV (apple cider vinegar) on Jimmy Fallon I figured it was a sign because that was one of the things I was thinking of fasting with. I usually take that anyway but this time I thought I would be a bit extreme and do only ACV, CLA and collagen peptides 3 times a day for 3 days.I Lost 6 lbs and my sister lost 5.6 and some more inches.
My Sister’s regime:
• First thing in the morning I took a shot of the ACV and then took the supplements, afterwards I had a cup of peppermint tea.*Side note: For those that have a sensitive stomach like me, I find that a warm cup of peppermint tea helps the pills settle a little better preventing that acidic nauseated feeling when taking supplements on an empty stomach. I find the peppermint tea also helps if you get a pill ‘stuck in your craw’ it lubricates the throat so they go down better. (I say warm tea because of the stupid new studies saying that if tea is consumed too hot it’s bad for you…oh brother• I had 3 – 8oz bowls of the Pacific Foods Bone Broth starting at about 11, then around 2:30 and last bowl around 6 *In my soup I put a dash of each: Trader Joe’s red cayenne pepper, Kroger ground turmeric, McCormick ground cumin, Kirkland organic no-salt seasoning, Kirkland tellicherry black pepper grinder, and a very small amount of Kirkland Himalayan pink salt)• I drank 3 – 16oz cups of water (I was bad and had ice water but I just can’t drink it room temperature )*Last side note: for those doing the bone broth be prepared to run fast to the bathroom it does have tendency to go right through you…for me anyway I feel like my skin is glowing I love bone broth!

Being done by a person that dislikes celery. I am curious about the medical medium claims about the celery benefits. I chose to eat celery instead of drinking it as a juice because celery is a negative calorie food. It takes more calories to eat and digest it than the number of calories celery has.

I lost 2.2 lbs since day 1.Learned the had way to not eat the leaves, they are bitter. I still drink a shot of ACV in the am and lemon fresh juice and a dash of cayanne pepper.. I the evenig I drink my Calm magnesium supplement. I think this addition is a good idea because of how much rougage the celery is. I am averaging 3 end to end stocks per day. Today still didn’t start eating until after 2 pm.
